2. Eligibility

By registering on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where false information is provided.

3. Registration and Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One account per individual. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Certification Programmes

• Access to study materials, examinations and assessments is granted upon confirmation of payment.
• Certification requires successful completion of both the knowledge examination and the practical assessment.
• Examination attempts and assessment windows are subject to the rules set out in your programme dashboard.
• Certificates are issued in your name and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to withdraw a certificate if it is found to have been obtained through dishonest means.

5. Payments

• All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Your place on the programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed purchases.

6. Refund Policy

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed examination content or submitted an assessment.
• Once examination content has been accessed or an assessment submitted, no refund will be issued.
• Refund requests must be made in writing to compliance@core-certified.com.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the CORE framework, study materials, examination questions, assessment tools, logos and branding — is the intellectual property of CORE Certified or its licensors. CORE, PCORE and Value Oriented Professional are proprietary marks.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share examination questions or assessment content with others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools to interact with the site.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or certification status.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORE Certified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the programme in question.

10. Availability

We aim to maintain continuous availability of our platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, which may temporarily affect access. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of planned downtime.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
